Atomic Martini
1 ½ oz. Vodka1 ½ oz. VSOP Cognac1 tsp. Medium Amontillado sherry4 ½ oz. Chilled Champagne or glowing wine
Stuffed a mixing glass with ice.
Add the vodka, Cognac and sherry and stir.
Pressure into a relaxing cocktail glass.
High with Champagne.
