Cameron Mitchell Restaurants Partners With Piper-Heidsieck On Proprietary Champagne

Columbus, OH-based Cameron Mitchell Eating places (CMR) has teamed up with Piper-Heidsieck to create an unique Champagne mix. Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel By Cameron Mitchell, which launched Oct. 10, shall be accessible at 34 CMR eating places, together with 17 Ocean Prime places coast to coast.

Members of CMR’s staff, together with director of beverage Andrea Cornwell and regional administrators Zach Montgomery and Mike Davis, traveled to Reims, France, to satisfy with Piper-Heidsieck CEO Benoît Collard and chief winemaker Émilien Boutillat to style and choose the mix. The cuvée is 45% pinot noir, 36% pinot meunier and 19% chardonnay.

Piper-Heidsieck has partnered with only a few on-premise venues and sommeliers all over the world, together with Riley Huddleston at The Lido Home in California, The Atlas in Singapore and the Michelin-starred restaurant The Coach within the U.Ok The Champagne home produced 2,500 bottles of Essentiel By Cameron Mitchell, which is on the market for $30 a glass or $120 a bottle.

CMR gives the unique Champagne at Ocean Prime places (besides New York), in addition to Cameron’s American Bistro; Cento; The Guild Home; Martini Fashionable Italian; The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek; Del Mar SoCal Kitchen; Del Mar Naples; Prime Social; Hudson 29 Kitchen + Drink; Valentina’s; The Pearl; The Avenue Steak Tavern and Lincoln Social. Will probably be accessible at future CMR places opening in 2024, together with Huge Rock Italian Chophouse in Birmingham, MI; Butcher & Rose, Columbus; and Ocean Prime Sarasota.

New Orleans restaurant Commander’s Palace in August launched a private-label French glowing wine referred to as Commander’s Palace Cuvée Brut. The pinot noir-based crémant de Bourgogne is produced in partnership with the Terres Secrètes cooperative vineyard.
